Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the eyewear in its original hard case and microfiber pouch, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely packed in its original shipping box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange frames.
